Big O Tires

I arrived a few minutes before the tire shop closed. I was greeted by an associate who took his time getting all the info he needed from me regarding my protection plan and warranty on my tires. One of my tires had a piece of copper rebar in the sidewall, making it non-repairable. My size and type of tires are not usually kept in stock at the shop, but he found one at another store and it would be arriving the next day. I told him that I needed my car back no later than closing of business the next day. He assured me it would be. When we went out to my car to look at the damage to my tires, he noticed that my tires were installed incorrectly. My car requires two different size directional tires. He pointed out that whoever put them on my car had put the big tires on the front and the little tires on the back. He let me wait inside the store until my ride arrived (even though it was past closing time). I had been staying at my son’s house so my car was packed with suitcases, duffle bags, etc and I was going to need them that night. He helped me carry them from my car into the shop and when my ride arrived he helped me carry them to that vehicle. He never made me feel rushed or like

I just moved here from Utah. I LOVED Big O there and I had the same great service here in Surprise AZ. Friendly, polite, thorough, explained everything; my big Jeep ran so much smoother after the oil & filter changes, knobby rotation. I lost my sense of smell in an accident. The guys at Big O found a cracked gas line and repaired it, assuming that was why I could smell gas inside. I'm so grateful they checked everything so thoroughly. They are my new total go-to Jeep guys!

Everyone at the store that we encountered was informative and helpful. They showed us what was wrong with our pickup and added recommendations. Eric did a great job at the desk. He was the only one working the desk on that Sunday and it was pretty busy. He was on the go the whole time we were there. Keep up the good work guys!

I found a screw in one of my tires on my truck and took it into Jacob and they pulled the screw out and told me that didn’t go through the tread and there’s nothing to worry about. They put my truck back together and aired up all my tires and did an excellent job. Got me in and out in less than 30 minutes, great bunch of guys, highly recommend this place.
